Things to be brought for every class:

1. Water Bottle
2. A towel to keep them under your ankles as a support to sit in vajasana:
3. Loose Clothes, especially the abdomen/belly/waist should be loose. No leather wear on the body.

DRESS ATTIRE
Clothing should be comfortable and allow for free range of motion.
White/Light colored clothes preferred.
No leather belt, watches or any leather related items.

Food to be taken before Class:
- Juices, Milk, Liquids
- Avoid Solids, Heavy Breakfast just before Class

Precautions:

1. Pls have a light night dinner the previous night.
2. De-Tox happens on the 5 levels ie. (Physical/Energy/Mind/Intellect/Bliss) body, releasing lotta old impressions in chemical deposit form.
3. It's completely normal to feel dizzy/light/tingling/HIGH/Kick kind of sensations. Pls drink lot of water to flush the toxins out, if not you'll end up having headaches.
4. Pls do practice daily, so that your body is used to the Asanas/ Pranayama/ Meditation/ Amrit Aahaar.
